UI Builder Repeater Component - Data Not Visible in Workspace

I'm struggling with finding the reason for the data bound to a repeater component not being available in my live workspace page. Here is a summary of my scenario and page build...

I have cloned the default record page for my workspace. In this clone, I have added a new set of components which is visible in the Tab sidebar - I've added a new tab. In this tab I am attempting to display a summary of the work being completed on my record(s) in a scoped custom set of tables. I am using a combination of Stylized Text and Label components to display the record data. I need a repeater component because of a child table which has several sites configured and I need to be able to loop through. My record is a 'build' of a solution and it has three tables which are related:

• A Profile Table (top level details) - single record, a
• Product Config table (references Profile) - single record and a
• Site config table (references Product Config) - multiple records.

The cloned record page is that of the Profile Table. I have added a few data recorces to make this possible: a Look up Record for the Profile record, a Look up Record for the Product table and a Look up Records for the Site config records. 

Some validations...

In the data resource config screens I am able to validate the data being surfaced is what I am expecting. 

For the stylized text and lable components in my new sidebar tab, the record details are displayed in UI builder AND in my live workspace page.

My repeater component is bound to my Look up Records data resource and it does display the correct data within UI builder. However, this data is NEVER displayed when viewed outside of UIB in the live page. 

I'm viewing all of this from my admin role. I am able to access, view and edit the data in each table so do not think it's role/ACL related. I've cleared every cache available multiple times. I've removed and re-added the data sources. I've tried different components. I've tried the repeater component in different areas of the page without success. I can display the data in the Sites table outside of a repeater so it is accessible. Only I need the repeater to be able to render this in my page effectively and every attempt to do so is unsuccessful. 

Am I missing any obvious troubleshooting or basics of component use or visibility? I've exhausted my knowledge of troubleshooting of what appears to be a basic use of a component. I'm happy to provide screenshots or additional detail if needed to help.
