Unable to find Dashboard in SOW

Hi,

Me and my team are unable to find Dashboard in SOW homepage. How can we get back to normal 

Can anyone guide us on this.

Have you verified the URL that is directed to from Service Operation workspace in your browser? Also verified through the UI builder?
