User(non-admin) not able to access the SLM workspace List

Hi Servicenow Community,

Issue:  I have created a new User and provided the workspace roles and other neccessary roles but when I am trying to access the Workspace List by impersonating the user it's showing -"You either are not entitled or do not have permissions to access this page". #Supplier Lifecycle Management #Agent Workspace

Hi @Sandeep87 ,

Open your workspace and check the Modules related list.

  1. Navigate to Workspace Experience -> Administration -> All Workspaces -> Your custom workspace
  2. Switch to the tab Workspace Modules and choose Lists

See if there is any role added to the workspace module, it may be your application role.

Hi Sandeep, Thanks for your reply.

Here I am using the Supplier Lifecycle Management workspace which is out of box and I am not able to find the workspace configuration as how you showed in screenshot but I can see the Audience and List applicability. There is no role other than the admin.

can you share what you see in "Audience" and "List applicability" over a screenshot

Hi Sandeep,

Thanks for your help but the issue is resolved by providing roles in applicability for the Default list in workspace.
