Where is close tab button in CSM workspace configured?

We wanted to ask for confirmation when user clicks on close tab button in CSM workspace, see the image below for reference.

Anybody know where is this button configured?

My experience say it is some thing in core code which we dont have access, what is your use case here?

Use case is, when the case is in-progress and the user clicks on the close tab button, we should display an confirmation pop-up.
