Where to set the background color based on priority

Hi all,
I the digital portfolio management, there are the incidents "needs attention":
where cards will be shown based on a query defined. In the cards, the priority is highlighted with a background color as shown below:
As you see, both P1 and P2 incidents is made with red background color.
The needs attention query is defined in:
Where I have created a new called "all incidents":
Any idea where the background color is defined?

You can configure field level CSS by navigating to the below path.
System UI> Field Styles.
