Is there a way to see how many times the workspace has been viewed or used and who is using it?

trying to gain insights on if people are using the Agent Workspace.

The usage of the Agent Workspace is recorded in the "ua_app_usage" table. While there might not be an out-of-the-box report available, you can create a custom report based on this table.
