Good Morning NC SNUG Family!

Looking for advice, tips, and tricks for jumping into Problem Management!?! I am 100% remote in NC and wondering what this community can offer.

Thanks in Advance!

Hello @Megan_Marie

Good day.

We use the community as a forum to post questions and get clarity on issues related to the platform.

There are multiple consultants and developers globally who follow and reply to these questions regularly.

Also, ServiceNow holds regular developer meetups across different cities, and its highlighted on this community portal.

Make sure to follow it, and attend it if you can.

It will be really helpful.

Regards,

Satyaki Bose

Hi Megan!

Your note was lost in my email but wanted to follow up with a quick reply. I am the Problem Management Process Owner, in the IT Service Management Group for Duke Health Technology Solutions (IT support for Duke University Hospital). Our platform is, of course, ServiceNow and we're currently running the Madrid Problem Management Best Practice (OOB) module (implemented April 2020).

Let me know what you're interested in learning and ServiceNow Docsite has great documentation as well to get you started!

Hi Steph,

I am also in NC. Change & Release Process Owner. Would love to network with other process owners in the area. Besides, SNUG, are there other monthly, weekly meet up groups?

I am located in Garner, I know they are opening a DUKE facility here, very exciting.

Maybe we can start-up a RDU monthly SNOW meeting?

Just a thought - sorry if off topic folks 🙂

Hey folks,

I'm a ITSM Specialist based in Raleigh. It would be fantastic to meetup with others ITSM related folks on a regular basis.
