Hi SN Community,
Using SN's Survey Designer, I'm building a ServiceNow Adoption Survey to track my organization's internal adoption of ServiceNow, but I'm struggling to know how to build it so I can accurately and quickly report on it. Can anyone help answer the below questions?
1. Can I make a Reference question able to select more than 1 choice from the reference table in SN?
For instance, I need users who take the survey to be able to select 1 or more Assignment Groups that they're taking the survey for.
2. What's the best way for me to build questions?
I need each question to have 3 options that indicate either low, medium, or high adoption levels. Then, I need to be able to report on the overall adoption rate for each Assignment Groups based on their average adoption-level answers.
3. How do I run a report to show the overall adoption level of each Assignment Group?
Thank you for any help in advance!

I might suggest posting this in a broader forum, as posting it in the NC SNUG is going to limit the readership for your question.

Thanks for the suggestion @CMDB Whisperer - I also posted this in the Training and Certification forum.
