Case[sn_customersevice_case]テーブルのレコード画面にUI Actionで、押すとレコードの内容に適したナレッジを検索して、Knowledge Articleテーブルを参照しているList形式のフィールドに検索してきたナレッジを追加するボタンを作成したいです。
スクリプト内でNow Assistを呼び出してナレッジを検索させることはできますか?
もしできるなら前提となる製品も合わせて教えてください。

今回はCaseテーブルのレコードを元にナレッジ検索をしたいと言いましたが、今後別のテーブルのレコードでも同じような機能が欲しくなった時のことを想定してこの質問をしています。

Hi @慶吾岡
I’m not sure why you need a UI Action to call Now Assist. You can use the default Context Search on the Case record, where it easily searches the short description of the case and then retrieves the relevant article—similar to how it works for Incident records with Context Search.
