I full frustrated, i faced this issue for the 2 days, still same error occurs during when i go for registration page. Please help me

Hi @TejashL ,

 

I faced this issue years ago while reconciling migrated records. I was getting it while querying from the list view of the records table.

Tip:
Instead of using the list view, go to the report section and perform the search there. You can add approximately 400 record numbers or more at a time in the filter area using the “is one of” option. It works properly there. search the records in phases/batches.

 

Note: Long back in a call, ServiceNow support used some kind of chrome extension to get result against large query from  list view filter. I forgot to document that. Now searched, nothing found.
