The required plugin for Agentic AI in ServiceNow is a Now Assist plugin. To enable generative and agentic AI capabilities, you need to install at least one Now Assist application on your instance. This can be done through the Now Assist Admin console by navigating to Settings > Plugins, selecting the desired Now Assist plugin, and following the installation steps.
