AI Agent Studio is not showing up in the modules.

Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble because AI Agent Studio isn't showing up in the modules, and therefore I can't use it.

  • I am using a demo instance from a partner company.
  • The upgrade to the Yokohama version has been completed.
  • I found information indicating that the "Now Assist AI Agents" plugin is required, but it doesn't appear when I search for it in the application management screen.

Hi,

The AI functionality isn't broadly available through demo-instances or PDIs at this time.

You should reach out to HI support or your partner manager to get help in setting up a specific instance that has access to the AI capabilities.

Killing the instance and recreating a fresh one solved it for me
