End chat needs to be disabled/removed

Hello 
I am working on  a Virtual agent implementation where were using OOTB disclaimer/acknowledgement topic that is displayed before users start interacting with the Virtual Agent.

Currently, the acknoledgment prompt displays two buttons:-
I acknowledge
End chat
Our client has requested that we remove the "end chat" button & only displays the "I Acknowledge" button.
Can anyone please guide me how we can remove this "End Chat" button?

Yes, Even After removing it from the choices it stills shows Yes /No OOTB Choices.
Could you please let me know from where it will shows us the OOTB services? Is there any table for this in backend?
