How to Enable Now Assist for Problem Management and sc_task Tables

I’m trying to enable Now Assist for problem management and the sc_task table. However, out of the box there is no option to enable Now Assist for these two tables.

 

My goal is to summarize Problem and SC Task records in the same way that Now Assist currently summarizes Incident records.

 

Has anyone configured Now Assist to work with these tables?


Can someone guide me on what needs to be done to achieve this?

Hi @NeeluN ,

 

I haven't tried it though but my idea to create a new custom skill and ui action "Summarize" button to the form view of Problem or SC Task. Link it to the custom skill you created.
