I want to change the Now assist label in the Virtual agent chat window
This Label comes when you type something in the chat window. We would like to change the Now Assist label to a different Label.
Is this possible?

However, the actual resolution was to update the sys_ui_message record with the correct value.

Hi @Afrith Shariff ,
I have described many branding opportunities for Virtual Agent so take it as inpsiration:
___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___
For Now Assist it's the same, you just select Now Assist instead of VA Agent.
Go to Conversational Interfaces > Settings
Select Branding - View All
And there will be your Now Assist (I don't have it in my PDI, but in yours there will be):
And there you will see a workbench similar to this (slightly different but not much):
Where you can do the whole range of branding and adjustments.
I changed the title a few weeks ago so I know this is the way to do it 🙂
Let me know how do you like your newly adjusted Now Assist and also tell me if it solved your requirement or what else would it take.
