Is it possible to open the VA through a button click on the service portal?

I have the VA enabled on the Service Portal — can I open it through a button click? Is that supported?

why are you using service portal?

Many customers are moving towards ESC.

Also you can try to leverage engagement messenger instead of VA which is more powerful
