Now Assist Header background color change

I have a requirement to change the header background color. I have tried custom branding, but it is not working. Does anyone know a solution for how we can change the header color of the Now Assist Virtual Agent?

As per KB KB2501362 Now Assist/VA Agent Branding Being Ignored :

 

Try with this solution:

1. Access the theme CSS settings: 

/sp_theme.do?sys_id=9b6f06d71bb8f85047582171604bcb9c&sysparm_view=


2. Add the variable and value "$now-sp-nass-modeless-dialog-header-bg-color: #121820" to update the header background color.

3. Refer to the documentation for theming the Now Assist full-page experience for more information: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-conversational-interfaces/page/administer/now-assist...
