Now Assist in the VA, need to Suppress catalog hyper link from KB result as catalog is inline after

I have a situation where the now assist in the VA result is showing a verbiage response from a kb article to the user that references a catalog item through a hyperlink "purchase request" then there is an inline card result at the end of the response, that matches the exact catalog item "purchase request" that allows the user to fill out the same catalog item in the conversational flow without taking the user away from the VA conversation like the hyperlink. 

 

The goal is for the user to click on the inline card not the hyper link from the KB article, is there a solution to omit or have the VA realize it displaying a catalog hyperlink from a KB that will also be available inline and favor the inline. 

 

Appreciate any help.

Now Assist Virtual Agent is not presenting a link to Catalog items - Support and Troubleshooting KB2...
