Hi @sahana1998,
Now assist is chargeable sadly, however if you want to explore more, login to the learning portal where you can fire up an instance with Now Assist implemented where you can configure and play as you wish.
Additionally, reach out to your ServiceNow account manager for more details about the costings and availability on your corporate instance.
To help others (or for me to help you more directly), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.

Thanks, Robbie

Yes, Now Assist is a premium feature in ServiceNow and requires a separate license. To obtain detailed pricing information and discuss licensing options tailored to your organization's needs, it's recommended to contact your ServiceNow account executive or sales representative.
For those interested in exploring Now Assist's capabilities before making a commitment, ServiceNow offers learning portals where you can access instances with Now Assist implemented. This allows you to configure and experience its features firsthand.
Please note that Now Assist is not available on Personal Developer Instances (PDIs) at this time.
