RCA's details and classification overview based on problem tickets using AI capabilities

Hi Everybody,

 

In my company i am currently optimizing our Major Incident- and Problem Management processes and i am confronted with following challenges! 

 

1. Data quality of Major Incident Tickets, Problem Tickets incl. attachments

2. I need an overview of all Problems/RCA's and action items to be taken based on Problem Ticket and RCA and attachments.

 

We have limited resources, nobody is able to spent much time on reading all the tickets and doing the analysis manually.

 

My Goal is to increase data quality with genAI and generate an overview of all root cause analysis data (manly Problem tickets + attachments). I need a classification of the issues(Problems) as well, examples (Classification: Changes/Patches, Configuration, Human error, Bugs etc.)

 

Someone with similar issues?
Which approach would you recommend me?
