Hi Team,

Can someone please help me with this Service Portal change? I need to make the Knowledge Base section similar to the “Create an Idea”

Do cntrl + right click

on the knowledge help you will see multiple options to configure icon shape n color.

Hi @Chamundi_AB ,

Do ctrl+right click on the Knowledge Base icon. Open the widget in widget editor and modify the HTML template for the color attributes to match with the idea widget.
