Unable to Access AI Agent Studio

Hi everyone,

I've installed the Now Assist AI Agents plugin, along with all required and dependent plugins, in my ServiceNow instance (Yokohama version). I’ve also been assigned the necessary roles:

  • sn_aia.admin
  • sn_aia.viewer

However, I'm still unable to access AI Agent Studio. Even trying to open it via a direct URL doesn't work.

 

Are there any additional steps required after plugin installation and role assignment that I might have missed?

If anyone has faced this issue before or knows what the problem might be, I’d be grateful for your help.

@Sujithra Govind - Please do the below two steps and check

1. Log out and login again as the role assignment may take effect when you start a new session. 

2. Please repair the plugin "Now Assist AI Agents" sn_aia and try.
