Unable to dowload CSA certification under 'my credentials'

Although my CSA certification card is visible under the “My Credentials” section, I am unable to view or download the certificate. When I click on the View or Download option, no action occurs.

I tried at my end and no issue is there. Look like browser issue it pop up blocked. Try in another browser else log a now learning case

Same issue for me. Create a case with ServiceNow University.
