Where are Now Assist pop-up messages stored ?

I want to know how to create, edit and disable popups like this which come through Now Assist. Please check below:

Just to get idea, 

check KB: KB1823486 Disable 'Assign' pop up modal of Now Assist while assigning/reassigning incident tickets
