I sometimes can't use chatbot(vertual agent) in customer portal

When using the chatbot (virtual agent) in the customer portal as a requester user or administrator, I often cannot select new chats or topics.
Please let me know how to solve this problem.

@Minamizono try to refresh the window, log out-log in. If it doesn't help you need to see the configurations of your virtual agent
