Hello All,
I have a requirement to enable Elaborate and Shorten for work notes and additional comments . I have created a new Now Assist Menu configuration on the CSM case table but I am unable to see options for work notes and additional comments. These are journal fields. I am able to configure it in description which is a string field.
Has anyone experienced this before ?
