AI Agent Use Cases not available in Now Assist Panel

Hi.

Hope you can help me. I am building AI agents using the new Agent Studio. All fine during testing, but I cannot get them to work from Now Assist Panel. 

Whenever I open the Panel and try to ask it to do something that has a Use Case, I get "Hmm, I don't understand this request." 

For example, I created a sample agent that tells jokes about tickets. Works well during testing, but Now Assist Panel is not seeing it.

The only thing that I am confused is that the AI Agent itself shows somehow that Now Assist panel turned off, see screen below

But if I go to settings, it is On. See screen below

I am sure it is my error. But I am confused. Would appreciate community help.

AI agents are new here and not available on PDI. In this case, it's best to log a Now Support case, and the team will assist you. Repairing the Now Assist plugin or updating to the latest version might help.

Thank you for the suggestion, I contacted support. Meanwhile, if anyone from Build Partners on Community has an idea, I would appreciate it.
