How do I upload a form inside the virtual agent chat and have docintilligence parse the file and then use the information to fill out a form?

Hi @uobunadike ,

You should follow the below steps to perform this scenario.

1. User upload a file in custom chat.
2. File should parsed  to Docintillegience for parse.
3. Extracted data is returned and  store.
4. Agent use extracted data and stored in Form.

Today, you can upload a document in VA and ask questions on it. Document Intelligence support to upload a document and parse the information to fill out a form is in the pipeline.
