I recently installed (and thought I had setup) Now Assist for Catalog Builder. The first time I ran a sample prompt, though, I got the following error message
Now Assist couldn't generate the catalog item. There's a problem in preparing your request. There might be inactive configuration settings that need attention. Contact your administrator.
That didn't really explain much, and of course *I* and the administrator and I couldn't figure out how to solve it, just that it was a missing a Capability called "Catalog Creation".
I haven't confirmed it, but I believe that this could be an issue for other builder skills as well.

So, the issue turned out that I did not have a default model assigned to this skill. This was not clear at all from the error message. To fix it go to the following an choose a model. In my case I chose Azure Open AI.
Now Assist Admin => Settings => Manage model providers => [Edit model provider button] => Edit provider for skill => {Here you will find the skill and assign LLM} => [Save and Activate button]
