How to create reporting for AI Agent usage

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to create a report to show list of AI agents used in an incident and which user(the member of ServiceDesk) utilized it.
So the dashboard can be included with the report which shows "This AI agent is used in this incident by this user", similar to other AI agents.

I have went through the tables and the data is not found which I'm expecting.

I used Execution Plan table for AI agent which has the AI agent but the record details are not in the table.
Generative AI usage logs table was also in vain
Can anyone assist me how can I achieve this.

To track AI Agent utilization by Service Desk members in ServiceNow, create a custom report using the Now Assist Usage Log table (sys_gen_ai_usage_log).

This table records detailed AI usage activity, including:

  • The specific AI Agent or Skill that was invoked.
  • The target Incident or task record associated with the interaction.
  • The Service Desk user who utilized the AI capability.
  • Usage timestamps and related metadata.

By building a custom report or dashboard on this table, organizations can monitor AI adoption, identify the most frequently used AI Agents, track usage by individual analysts, and measure the overall impact of AI-assisted support operations.

Hi @Tanushree Maiti ,

Thank you for your response. I did go through the table and it has Now assist skills and even custom skills, but there is no details regarding to AI agents.  I'm expecting to group it based on AI agents used. 
Can you please provide your insights on this?
