How to disable/Remove the Thumps up and down icon from the now assist response

Hi Team,

Can anyone help me to check feasibility of disabling the thumps up and down icon as per reference image below

@295Victor  - 1. Navigate to Assistant Designer
2. Edit Now Assist for VA assistant
3. In the settings you will see this option, please try this.

Note: My instance is in Australia Patch 2
