Knowledge article redirecting from Portal

Hi all,

I am facing this issue where if i click on an hyperlink of an knowledge article which is present in a knowledge article, Sample url (https://pdi.service-now.com/tech?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0011758) article in portal, It is getting redirected to an different URL and not in the portal anymore (https://pdi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0011759). I have added the images for the reference.

What is the actual link? The fact that it says KB0011758, doesn't mean that link is under it.

Just check here how I am redirecting you to Google search as an example.

you can see the difference already in the URL of the two links you shared

One redirects you to the /tech portal and another to backend (native UI), so check both of the articles KB0011758 and KB0011759 to see how they are configured.

Navigate to the articles, find the hyperlink and check its properties - the URL, whether it shall open in a new tab or in the current page etc.

This might require retiring the article to make it editable, faster option might be clicking the right mouse button on the hyperlink  and select "copy clean link" depending on your browser/OS it might slightly vary:
