My request unable to see inactive Record form req table on now mobile

Regarding my request Section unable to see InActive Record form sc_request and Incident table on Now mobile:

1. Inactive record for (REQ and Incident) table are not visible on My Requests Screeen.

2. if we use filter state is closed complete or closed incomplete then it showing like this(snapshot) for Req (sc_request).

3. closed or cancelled incident are visible on now mobile.

Error look like an ACL, please check is any ACL in mobile view?

Yes, I was also considering that this might be related to ACLs. However, when we remove all filters, the Closed Complete and Closed Incomplete requests (REQ), as well as Closed and Cancelled incidents, are not visible. It only displays active records for both tables.

If this issue were caused by an ACL restriction, the records would typically appear with a message such as “Restricted by Access Control.” However, that is not happening in this case.

in native is that user able to see in table list i.e. on REQ and RITM?

yes, user can see the REQ and RITM list on the table and portal also, but in Now mobile under my requests.
