My request unable to see inactive Record form req table on now mobile

Regarding my request Section unable to see InActive Record form sc_request and Incident table on Now mobile:
1. Inactive record for (REQ and Incident) table are not visible on My Requests Screeen.
2. if we use filter state is closed complete or closed incomplete then it showing like this(snapshot) for Req (sc_request).
3. closed or cancelled incident are visible on now mobile.
It showing like this
Could you please provide solution for the above issue

then the filter configured in now mobile must be adding only active=true filter

I added the filter requested for ->me or on behalf-> me only.

When you check My request -> under tab 'classic mobile module' : open My request -> check the filter . It is showing only Active records.
Customize it as per your requirement.
Regarding error: from screen shot it seems that existing ACL role on the mentioned table not having proper role. It is restricting to display data.
