Not recieved follow up email for Swag redumption upon submission of #BuildWithBuildAgent

Hello community
for the #BuildWithBuildAgent, I submitted the challenge, and posted on socials: Code Library_ Gaurav Vaze

I even replied with the comment: Re: Unleash the Power of Build Agents in the #BuildWithBuildAgent Challenge

 

As per the instructions, I should have recieved the follow up email--> Our team will follow up shortly after you submit your entry with details on how to redeem your swag. 

 

But yet I have not recieved any email regarding the Swag

 

Is it only me or anyone else faced the same issue?

Kindly let me know what I need to do further, or have I missed something

Neither of you actually said how long ago you submitted, but if it was only a couple of days ago, my suggestion would be just to chill a little longer. 

Knowing ServiceNow, and how they run this type of thing, I would guess 'shortly' means within a week or two. 

Think of it like you've submitted a request, and that request has been given a priority  of 'Low'. Don't worry they'll get back to you, but they're busy people.
