Doc Intel with Now assist panel

I completed the setup like I created a use case by creating a custom filed on the Incident.

It is working as expected

Now the issue is I want to see the extracted data in now assist panel. For that I activated a skill I.e.. summarize incident

Since I cannot edit this skill, I cloned this skill and tried to add my custom field by giving the prompt.

It is not working and giving me this error

Please post a Clear ERROR message as its not VISIBLE.

From Washington Patch 5 onwards, custom state choices can be managed directly in the Now Assist Admin Console using Prompt Configurability. This feature allows you to:

  • Add additional input fields, custom state choices for summarization.
  • Select relevant prompt sections from the available options based on requirements.
