Hello everyone!
What could be the possible reason why the NAP is not visible in the instance along with the other button such as the sidebar discussion even if it was already enabled in the Now Assist experience?
Do I also have to enable the Now Assist Panel - Platform (default) assistant in the Conversational Interface or no need? Because if I also enable this one, the NAP will now display in the platform but it will also display in a certain portal that I don't want it to be displayed, even if I add a simple virtual agent without Now Assist, the VA with Now Assist will be the one displayed instead in that certain portal.

Hi @tidert_24 , I see that your panel is activated and you are seeing a virtual agent at some portal which you don't want.
Fo resolving this you need to check for all the Assistants (Now Assist) which have included that particular portal in the "Display Experience" thing as shown in the below pictures. Once you find the Assistant , just remove that portal from the Display Experience.
Let me know if this solved your issue and do accept this as a solution along with marking this as helpful.
Thanks,
Yuvraj

Have you tried the following:
- Sidebar requires the Omni Experience plugin
- Now Assist Admin > Experiences and then ensure the Now Assist Panel is "On"
- Click the "CI Admin Console" and ensure the "Now Assist Panel - Platform" is On
