Hello all,
We have had the core basic Now Assist activated for a couple of weeks, generally just using the incident summarization, email generation etc features. We noticed that starting yesterday our daily assists doubled directly related to this skill. There are 0 assists attributed to it before yesterday.
We have not recently activated or changed any skills that would have caused this. This was enabled OOB when Now Assist was activated as far as I am aware.
I am unable to find any real documentation on what exactly its doing and what the trigger might be. Does anyone know what it is, how its used or what the trigger might be fore this one? I can deactivate it but it would be nice to know what we are actually turning on/off.

Now Assist Skills always Consume Assists when it is executed.
In Subscription Management It Shows Assist Usage for All Environments.
