Hi All,
We have enabled the Now assist in Virtual Agent which is active in the portal. If we test the Assistant from backend it shows the results with three sections summary, catalog details, sources. But If the same is tested from frontend portal the details are not populating.

Any guidance in resolving this issue will be appreciated.
