Hi everyone!
I was wondering, what is the behavior when you run out of assists when using Now Assist.
We can see that for example if you spend 150k you can have 500k extra assists. What happens when you surpass those assists? It simply stops working or it gives you a warning?
Thank you!

Hi @rafas_2703,
ServiceNow does not stop the functionality, but it will surely calculate the excedent and charge you when it happens, pretty much the same scenario as IntegrationHub transactions.
If you found my answer helpful or correct in any way, please don't forget to mark it to help future readers! 👍

Hi there,
This would be a nice question for your ServiceNow account manager 🙂 We are just all random community members and don't know the ins and outs on licensing.
Though looking at other parts of ServiceNow, you will never run out, you will just be extra charged.
Kind regards,

Much like other parts of the platform, you should work with your ServiceNow account team to determine usage and expectations. There are additional assist packs you can purchase should you go over your allotted amount.
