Why is Now Assist Generating the same summary for every call?

Hello all, I recently did an Amazon Connect integration with ServiceNow voice. I am trying to use the Now Assist call summary skill to summarize call conversations which are stored in interaction records. However, it is giving me the exact same summary for every interaction record as show in the screenshots. How can I fix this?
