My library Knowledge Sources To Go is very popular, but it was intended mainly as a thematically grouped guide to standard sources and was provided by me as a PDF file. What is the Automation Center?
Automation Center, which is new in the Tokyo version, is a central repository that allows you to manage and monitor the whole hyperautomation environment in a single workspace. At the cross-enterprise level, Automation Center integrates islands of automation from multiple vendors into one cohesive whole, allowing you to view real-time metrics and analytics to understand automation performance vs. business goals, time and cost savings realized, active automations, automation pipeline, and operational health.
Key capabilities:
- Workspace: Discover and prioritize new automation possibilities (requests). Requests for automation may be imported automatically from Process Optimization and submitted via the Service Catalog or any Workspace. Requests may therefore be controlled throughout their entire lifespan, from task assignment to solution architects or development teams through the publication of automations for execution.
- Overview Dashboard: A comprehensive picture of performance in relation to goals, KPIs, use, and automated requests and pipeline.
- Executions Dashboard: Monitors the health of all automations and gives insight into impending modifications to business applications that may have an adverse effect on automations.
