Hide New Interaction Button on Workspace based on Conditions - Service Operations Workspace

Hi,

I need to Hide New Interaction Button on Service Operations Workspace for few Users

That UX page property does support a condition. If your user's don't have access to create an interaction you can add the condition, interaction table name, and canCreate and it'll hide the option for anyone who doesn't have access to create an interaction record. Hello Brad,

I would like to hide new Interaction from ITIL but allow sn_hr_core.basic.  How to do this?
