I noticed the documentation found in Now Create (ie: Process Guides) have both a copyright/watermark to them. In the on demand training, they encourage us to use/consume the assets provided. And if we can re-brand the whole application, am not sure why we couldn't use/adapt the process guides.
Thought I'd ask to be sure no infringements to any copyrights by doing so and that we are using them as intended.

Just got through reading Trademarks | Logos | The Enterprise Service Management, Saas Software | ServiceNow, and am still not clear, given the current context. 😞
Just validated with an earlier copy I was working on and they were not copywrite before, appeared in the Vancouver versions. On my earlier version, I made sure both logos were available in the header following the guidelines provided in the ppt's and i've noted my version as being 'Utah', as I did need to modify it to align to our implementation. that should keep me in the clear until i receive guidance from ServiceNow.
