SMS notification-India

Hi,

I want to send notifications whenever a P1 incident is created to the support group to which the incident has been assigned.

We are able to send the notification to the US number but not able to send it when we are trying to send it to India numbers.

I have tried various SMS provider Email suffix when we are creating the Notification Service Provider(cmn_notif_service_provider) but nothing seems to work @airtelmail.com, @airtelmobile.com for Airtel, @ideacellular.net for Idea. 

Is there a way to send SMS notification to India numbers?

Is there any ServiceNow plugin which would simplfy that has all the known service provider listed and would send the Bluk SMS notification?

SMS out of the box is only supported in the US but with Twilio you can send SMS anywhere. We're using On-Call with Notify & Twilio sending SMS to Primary on-call when a P1 is inserted and some of those SMS are going to our resources in India. They do have to opt out of something called 'Marketing filtering as that blocks the SMS. (don't quote me on the exact name but you probably know what I'm referring too)

Is this still applicable for sending internationally?  This is 2022, and wondering if we can send out of US for incident notifications 'email as sms'.  Thanks!

You will need Notify for SMS notifications unless you are planning to use customers  SMS Gateway. Twilio is the SMS gateway servicenow uses but you can configure your customers SMS gateway via consuming the APIs.
