I would like to coordinate with fellow partners in creating a playbook for Customer Onboarding. Anyone interested, please comment! Otherwise is there any resources around product specific Customer Onboarding.

I’m not sure if you’ve already checked Now Create or not. Visit Now Create and go to the Assets section, where you can search for onboarding materials. Hopefully, you’ll find something useful there.

This will be a huge undertaking, since every product will have its own requirements. Every customer has its own reasons for joining a partner (new customer, new product with existing partner, existing customer switching partners, customer using multiple partners for multiple products or even the same). 

Have you checked on what is already available? NowCreate has a lot of information already there. And maybe even ServiceNow's own CRM can guide you (I haven't worked with it myself yet).
