LDAP integration

Hello everyone,

I am trying to setup a LDAP integration in my test environment

For test and practicing purposes, we will not use a MID server but i want for the time being connecting to an Online LDAP Test Server

 

I’ve got this error when try to create a new server

Please notice that i am using the admin account

I found this article in the ServiceNow support platform but I didn’t know how to restore the «new LDAP server»

Would you please help me to apply the solution explained in the article above, i don't know how to  Restore  "New LDAP Server"
