I want to add/remove the columns on the related list pop up view.

As you can see below image impacted Equipment Model Entity is a related list and if we click on Add Option I can able to see few columns which are Name, Manufacturer, location, Description, Class columns. How do I modify the columns. Could someone suggest how to add/remove the columns.

Did you check the configuration for that Add button?
