No record is found is displaying whenever I'm trying to create a new OT change request

I cannot able to create a new OT change request form. Whenever I'm trying to create a new OT change request irrespective of change model it's showing as a no record found. Could someone help me why it's howing like that. I even verify the OT change Models OT change Processes.

Could you detail the version of SN and OTSM?

ServiceNow Version is Xanadu and OTCM is 2.0.1

Thanks! You can try to update OTCM to 2.0.2. That's what I am running on my instance and wasn't able to replicate that issue. That may have some impact.  If not, please create a support ticket to resolve this.
