Hi all - hope everyone is doing well. From an OTSM perspective, are there any references for Incident management or change management process documents for the OT environment. Most of the discussion in the e-learning is about implementing the module but i am not able to find any specific process references.
Any pointers to the same should help.

We are currently in the planning stage and still a few weeks away from the actual design work. But at this point i am able to visualise how things would work . Some of the things we are working / planning
- OT Asset data
- OT Roles & Governance
- Incident routing flow
- creating specific OT Groups & using assignment rules to route OT Incidents
- Aligning SD and creating phase wise OT capability at SD.
Will keep you posted. Any other specific learning ?
- How did you categorize your OT Incidents ? Did you create any new categories / Sub categories for OT ?

Hey Ravi - I think there should be some available OOB - I reckon seeing them as part of the lab instance provided when you take "Operational Technology (OT) Incident Management Essentials" - you should be able to tailor them for a start and keep refining as you go.
You might want to keep adoption as a key theme and measurement across each phase. OCM is a major component - you're talking about OT sites where sometimes important details are left on sticky notes! Effectiveness of your OTAM practices will play a key role when you operationalize OT-SM
